Retainer Agreement & Benefits

Initial Commitment. A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After this period, we’ll re-evaluate the plan to ensure the allocated hours meet your business needs. From there, you can choose to extend the commitment as desired.

Monthly Hour Allocation. Each retainer includes a set number of dedicated hours per month. If your project requires more time, additional hours will be billed at the agreed retainer rate.

No Rollover of Hours. Unused hours expire at the end of each month to maintain our scheduling efficiency and guarantee time reserved specifically for your projects.

Monthly Billing. Invoices are issued on the first day of each month, with any additional hours from the prior month billed separately at month-end.

Dedicated Design Partner. We function as an extension of your team, providing reliable, ongoing design and marketing support.
